As a benefit to both our YPPass members as well as our strategic partners, we are proud to announce the inauguration of our MAYPA Mentors program.  Designed to pair existing MAYPA members already established in their respective fields with burgeoning young and educated juniors and seniors at the university level, we strive to help both mentor and student protege learn from and about each other and the work that interests them.   As a result, we aim to help our members hone their professional development skills while simultaneously providing businesses with workforce development and retention opportunities. By creating these connections, we hope to help retain and attract this up and coming demographic in the Mobile Bay area and help shape its future.
