On Wednesday, June 10th, MAYPA directors Chris Barraza and Tim Parker graduated as members of the Leadership Mobile Class of 2009. The year-long leadership development program was designed to connect a diverse group of local professionals and engage them in the issues shaping Alabama and the Mobile region. Leadership Mobile is an annual program of Mobile United.

Mobile United offers the community a strong, diverse network of interested community servant-leaders. The organization provides an arena for identifying, communicating and addressing relevant issues that will improve or enhance life for all citizens in the area.
