Formed in the summer of 2007, The Mobile Area Young Professionals Alliance (MAYPA) is a membership organization consisting of over 500 students, career-seekers, and young professionals in the bay area who are joining together to share initiatives, develop their careers, and network in an exciting environment.

Our Goals

• Showcase Mobile as a growing, dynamic city with much to offer individuals of all ages and professional status.
• Increase awareness of professional career opportunities in the Mobile area.
• Facilitate the networking activities of our local young professionals, providing avenues to develop lasting personal and professional relationships.
• Collaboratively accomplish goals and assist with the initiatives of other members.
• Retain Mobile’s best and brightest talent by partnering with local workforce and economic development agencies.
